The article analyzes the phenomenon of human and social aging, in an attempt to answer several questions related evolution. What principles should govern relationship between individual society, how far do our obligations others extend? To what extent state intervene market regulation? How does change happen can law ensure that everyone has a voice? distinction traditional rural communities modern industrialized society is analyzed through lens Ferdinand Tönnies theory (German sociologist philosopher, 26.07.1855 - 09.04.1936), wich points out society. former are community based on bonds family groups such as church. Small-scale tend have common goals beliefs, interactions within them trust cooperation. Tönnies’ theory, along with his work methodology, paved way for 20th-century sociology.
